Tailwind nextjs starter contentlayer version

I have been experimenting with contentlayer over the past few weeks. Took a little work to port over all the features but with some help from @schickling that is now completed and all the features in the master branch is fully supported.

Some of the main benefits include:

• Eliminates the boilerplate lib/mdx section
• Live-reload on content change (no need for the custom dev server hack)
• Nice declarative approach to content modelling
• Auto-generated TypeScript types based on your content model (e.g. frontmatter or CMS schema)

It's has a much nicer DX especially if you are using typescript. Check out the new contentlayer branch and let me know what you think!

v2 is still in the works and it will most probably include contentlayer by default, so this is an early preview :)
