Overview

While this repository is intended to showcase GitHub Actions, there are overlapping subject areas that come into play
including monorepo design, governance, and tooling to name a few.

This issue is to document resources for the interested viewer to discover and explore being beyond the scope of the
work here.

Action Items

- [ ] Include general monorepo references within documentation
- [ ] Assess whether current documentation structure needs refactoring to accommodate
