$ ax screenshot DESTINATION

takes in a full filename path for DESTINATION. If you pass in just a directory, the script will barf a not-to-helpful command

$ ax screenshot ~
sh: /Users/jatwood: Is a directory

We should check in-code and output a more friendly error message.

Or, better yet, if user inputs just a directory, then we combine with the default file name (timestamp).
