As a User
I want to setup a webhook connector with support of Discord embeds
so that I do not have to setup a Discord Bot

🟢 In scope:

Create a new connector type
i18n
Interface to add this new connector

🔴 Not in scope:

Add new env vars to setup webhook connector automatically
Update Discord Bot Connector to use Embeds instead of markdown.
