There are applications that can change the color scheme like Gradience, Possible support for that?

Gradience recently landed plugin support and they do have plans to make a plugin.

One thing to note here is that colors are defined in two different places, as steam uses two different toolkits (VGUI and CEF) for parts of the client.

Although this is a slight offshoot, I'd like to perhaps suggest presets for colors? Like a directory to include drop in modified style sheets for common themes like Gruvbox, Catpuccino, Etc.

Color theme support was implemented in #106 and is available in the latest release.

There are a few presets and you can make your own themes.

This should also make creating things like a Gradience plugin much easier because now it only needs to generate a color scheme and run a script to recolor graphics assets.
