Leverage Group Manager Role to Allow Instructors to Delete Unneeded Groups

Since kartograafr was first developed, Esri has added a Group Manager role for Group membership in ArcGIS Online. A Group Manager can do nearly everything a Group Owner can do, including deleting a group.

As it currently stands, an ArcGIS Online administrator has to occasionally delete groups for instructors that were created by kartograafr. These may be groups that got left behind when the instructor changes the name of an assignment or decides that aren't going to use kartograafr for a particular assignment.

Could kartograafr be configured to assign the Group Manager role, based on a user having the Instructor role for the course in Canvas? If so, then instructors themselves could "clean-up" after such changes.
