What would you like to be added: It would be great if openshift-acme were published as an operator in the Operator Hub

Why is this needed: The process of registering Let's Encrypt certificates is boring is time-consuming, which is greatly simplified by this controller. Having it available in the Operator Hub would make it easier to be found.
