Random bluetooth disconnect Kubuntu 22.04.2 5.15.0-60-generic

Hello!
this driver is very good at first time I use, it solve the issue which the slow WiFi connection and sometime reconnect
but after long use, I got an several update from main repository sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade
now there is an issue with bluetooth which mostly disconnected and stopped working

Here is the dmesg log

lsmod | grep 8821

dkms status

am I missing something?
