Typescript TLB-codegen fixes

Summary

Fixes for https://github.com/ton-community/tlb-codegen

Context

• Make bigint type for all integers that more than 32 bits (number of bits should be either defined by TLB scheme, or variable to make it bigint)
• bits representation - should be base64
• Use storeDirect (https://github.com/ton-org/ton-core/blob/2cd5401e5607d26f151a819383a1c094bcbdbbe7/src/dict/Dictionary.ts#L364) for Hashmap
• If bitstring length is defined and is divisible by 8, use Buffer type
• Use embedded types: true, false, bool, coins
• Use embedded Tuple for VMStackList

Update in both tlb-codegen. And, if needed, in JSON-to-type and type-to-JSON generators in tlb-editor
