Hide/Ignore All Day Events

Is there a setting that I am missing that hide all day events? If not, could I accomplish this by only showing events between 4:00AM and 11:59PM, for example?

Edit: I tried this and it doesn't seem to quite work. The filters are removing all events. For example I have an event today from 3PM to 4PM and I have the filters set as below (to remove all day events") but the 3-4PM event is not showing.

I can open an issue if you would like. Sounds like you may be overhauling a lot so I can wait as well.
