I have two molecules opened in one window. I want to keep one constant and
rotate the other.
I tried selecting one of the molecules but it rotate all the molecules.

How can I do it? Its urgent.

I am using "MeTA Studio v2.0.24062010" on Windows Vista.

This issue is addressed in the latest SVN commit (r452) and should be
accessible from the MoleculeEditor (New Molecule ..) . The interface (UI) is
pretty crude right now .. but hope to improve this soon.
