Connection to the AMR package?

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that we have been working on the AMR package for R: https://msberends.github.io/AMR (GitHub repo). The development is part of a large Dutch-German cross-border region research project. In the beginning of this year, the Journal of Statistical Software accepted our manuscript about the package, of which you can find a preprint here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/810622v4.

We are open to collaboration if you like - we share some goals when it comes to AMR data analysis, which is great 😄
