Umm....so how do you install this? Cygwin doesnt recognize "lynx"

Very unclear as to how to install this

All you need to do is get the code from the link into a file in your cygwin session. For example, create an empty file called "apt-cyg" then copy and paste the code from the link. Then run the install command.

You need to install lynx in the Windows (I assume) installer before you run that given code.
