Stop use relative FS paths in themes like there https://github.com/translate-tools/linguist/blob/master/src/themes/default.theme.json

We have to use paths relative of packages. It will unlock us to use pnpm.

I've leaved issue about it here bem/themekit#131

If it will ignored, let's fork this tool and introduce new features
