Menu item "Incomplete" can't be selected

When i have translated all the strings in a po file and save the file the "Incomplete" menu item can not be selected in the navigation drop down list.

If i try and select it Virtaal will instead select the first item (All).

Using the mouse this is not a problem but using keyboard arrow keys i can't get past the "Incomplete" menu item.
I can use page up and page down to jump over it.
