Add ability to control default lighting on a per component / project level #58

Currently there are inbuilt lights when an open component doesn't have any. You should be able to control what these lights are, either preset or manual, so you can see what your scene looks like under different conditions without needing to change source code.

Instead of doing this we will do https://github.com/try-triplex/triplex/issues/29 which covers this use case.
