[FASTIFY] Implement the mapHandler() method in PlatformFastify

The PlatformFastify need to have mapHandler method to works properly. This method is responsible to map the original Fastify handler to Ts.ED handler.

You can take as comparaison the existing mapHandler method for PlatformExpress and PlatformKoa here:

Acceptance criteria

• mapHandler map all kind of Fastify handler to Ts.ED handler
