Fold back spaces after cycle

Great plugin.

One thing I would like to have, even as an option -
don't show blank lines when cycling through headings.

Often it appears something along the lines of:

# Heading
## Sub Heading
## Sub Heading

# Another Heading

The way it appears when doing cycle-all, with sub-headings.
And also when re-folding specific headings -
for example if I cycle the 1st Sub heading, it would collapse leaving a blank line.
