Start Technical Report

Description:

This is just taking a look at what the requirements for the technical report are, and consolidating our individual document turn ins into a single document. Probably best to include WIP somewhere in the name if we are going to link it on the website. Setting up an index or table of contents at the start would be nice, as well as any styling/formatting that we should have on it.

• Done when we've created a file in google drive with all of the technical report requirements we've written so far
• Done when it's been formatted to look nice - Optional for this story, required for when we actually finish it
• Done when we know what isn't in the paper and what we still need to do
