Time delay from exposure to reception is estimated/measured by natnet somehow, so we can build something precise

antbre added a commit that referenced this issue Nov 8, 2023
We now correct the local system/unix time such that the timestamps
point to the mid-exposure time in unix time. This addresses
issue #9, however with the new NatNetSDK update there might be more
changes.
