There is no NUX IR Patcher mobile app. It's a web page. This is just a link that opens it. My guess is you have some antimalware stuff on your phone that's overly suspicious and when it detects that an app is trying to open an external webpage, it directly kills it to prevent that. If you need the IR patcher tool, it's here in my github:
Project page: https://github.com/tuntorius/nux-ir-patcher
FWIW, it seems to work when I update the url_launcher to 6.3.1 (from 6.1.10). I had to update some other packages too to build the app on my machine with the latest Flutter version. But anyway, if you're updating the dependencies at some point, it should fix this.
The app crashes when you click the "Use NUX IR Patcher to import custom IRs" in the IR view.
I suppose it works if you have the NUX IR Patcher installed but I don't think we can assume that everyone has that.
I would expect it to suggest installing NUX IR Patcher or to open a website. Crashing the whole app is not very user-friendly.
App version: 1.0.16 on Android 15
