ArtifactSource - Potentially need a map of mappers

Context

For any given ArtifactSource we may have files in numerous file types (i.e. GitHub Audit Logs come in both CSV and JSON(L) formats).

When we define a table we currently are limited to applying one mapper.

Discussion Point

We discussed potential to define multiple mappers per table (keyed by unzipped file extension).

An alternative solution comes in when we have potential to apply format to Artifact source?
