clickable tooltip opens outside of screenspace.

i notice that when you use the clickable tooltip (not the hovering one) and you are on the furthest to the right it opens out outside the borders of the window aswell as the screen.
it works fine in windowed mode because the windows it not all the way on the edge of the screen, but in a maximized mode it does this.
