有没有可能增加取消订阅的功能 #749

就是用户收到提醒邮件后，邮件内支持取消订阅，之后用户就不会再收到回复提醒邮件，类似于github的提醒邮件也有退订的功能

并不是我矫情，在弄aws的ses，发现有这个支持用户退订的要求
