Regarding quality on Chrome browser

Hi Team,
We have deployed this wonderful app on our server (Ubuntu) using the normal steps of NPM (npm install, npm start etc)

However, we are seeing very big difference in the quality of video call when comparing with directly using Twilio Android SDK.
Here, Call is happening on Chrome browser on Android phone and we are seeing issues related to Echo, Unclear voice, Low video quality etc.
Is there anything which I am missing here? Anyone else facing such kind of issue? Is there anything required from WebRTC side?
