Rename of fields

Problem description

Sometimes one wants to rename a field during the flow. This can also be done in most steps, but if multiple fields shall be renamed in one go, I feel that is not the right place.

Preferred solution

Enhance the Pick Fields step to additionally and optionally allow to rename fields - this way fields can be selected and at the same time renamed. Obviously this only works when whitelisting fields.
