Hello. It seems to me that some strings that are part of comments are eligible for context-based modifications. The supposed strings are expressed here in the form <string>.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!-- (...)
 Release: <translation/target>
 Locale: <code (e.g. en-US)>, <locale name in English>
 Exported by:<translator name/alias name>
 Exported at: <export date> -->

Are these strings eligible for modifications by the translator, thus in translated files?
