feat: Synronisation to Additional Cloud based storage providers

Feature description

Implementation of additional syncing providers including:

S3 compatible providers - AWS, BackBlaze B2
Microsoft OneDrive - business and personal accounts
OwnCloud/NextCloud - typically used by homelabbers but also corporate environment
Box.com
Dropbox.com

Motivation

Google whilst one of the most prolific cloud vendors out there, are also the bane of some people's lives, including my own - something I'm working on changing rapidly.

2FAS was something I switched to after the crap shoot that was Authy pulling the rug out from user's feet and I don't wish to change as it's introduced a new workflow to how I work on a daily basis - including potentially including in my corporate environment with 500+ users.

Google is also severely restricted in some corporate environments and restrictions placed upon email addresses mean Google accounts cannot be setup.
