Bug type

Error at runtime

App version

5.4.5

Device environment

Android 14, Samsung Galaxy S22

Bug description

I'm trying to add 2FA to an account on wordpress.org, but no matter what I try, I get "This QR code doesn't work" or something to that effect. I've also tried taking a picture with the camera and then uploading it, with the same result.

Solution

No response

Additional context

I have a few different authenticator apps on the phone, and all of them work when scanning a QR code, etc.

This may be related to or a duplicate of #154, in which case I apologize.

Hey @joho1968,

thanks for opening this issue.

I think, do you use a 2FA-Plugin for generate an QR-Code on your WordPress Website, right?

Thank you.

Greetings.
