feat: Please don't enable crash reports by default, use popup prompt instead

Feature description

It would be nice if you instead had a popup showing if the user wanted to enable crash reports when running this app for the first time.

Motivation

The app is sharing analytic reports using one of Google's services which is not privacy respecting, plus users don't know about this happening as it is hidden away this setting.
