Subtitle and addon issues

I got two issues. One is about letters. It's not support Turkish characters and second issue is how can I add addon? I try to add opensubtitles addon but it isn't work. I can't add anything or don't know if I do. I attach a file about letter issue it's need to be "Anlaşıldı. Hemen iniyorum." but its "Anla??ld?. Hemen iniyorum." so there is no any "İı,Ğğ,Üü,Şş,Öö,Çç" letter.
