kvm virtio poor performance for 100G controller card

Hi,
I setup RHEL7.4 on two servers connected back to back with 100G controllercard , Bringup KVM CentOS7.3 guest on top of it with virtio mode . But am getting max of 10-14Gb/s throughput .is there any issue in the configurations?? How can i get max line rate performance

br-p1p1 is linux native bridge.
