Auth & Repeat\Playlist system

Will a track repeat command or a playlist creation command be implemented? Also there is a need for some kind of authorization in the web interface of the bot. I have activated the bot on a virtual server and it is open for everyone on the internet.

Track looping option and playing YouTube playlist should be easy to implement, but I didn't have time to do this yet. I have some other issues I wanted to solve first.

Web interface allows anyone without login to play sounds. There is Steam login after which user can select their welcome and leave sounds. I would like to implement more configuration options to allow to configure also who can play the sounds.
