Cats effect 2.x supported? #553

Hi, I can't see anything in docs about the version of cats effect that's supported. It looks like 3.5.4 from dependencies. Maybe I'm missing something so can someone confirm please if Otel4s-oteljava will work with cats-effect 2.x? |

The library does not support cats-effect 2.x. The 2.x series has reached the end of life. So there is no plan to support it. |
