Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need a way to share Flows across users.

ability to specify the external source for flow-enabled components
need to be able to manually sync/download a component flow from an external source, similar to lightning.
need to be able to push to an external source, http github api file commit, similar to lightning.
create public repo for reusable flows
create a component that can download and import flows.
