The "Website" and "Lakeland College Library Website" links are broken.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://catalogue.neoslibraries.ca/?lib=lakeland
Click "Website" and "Lakeland College Library Website" links
Be on wrong webpage

Expected behavior
Clicking the above links should point to: https://www.lakelandcollege.ca/campus-life/library/overview/default.aspx
