Self-Manage Mail adresses

Hi,

it would be useful if users could self-manage their mail adresses, including adding (and confirming) new adresses, setting the default address etc. Of course, this would be an enhancement and not a bug fix.

I would like to add that, from our perspective, this feature needs to be optional (set/unset for all users or specific users/groups), because in our system, a user should not change their email address on their own.
