Installation of inStrain

Can you please install the program inStrain into the CCR? It is used for metagenomic analysis of microbial communities.

Hi @armondju This software has no Easybuild recipe available and so it falls to the bottom of our to-do list. We currently do not have the staffing levels to work on creating new EB recipes for software installations at this time. We can leave it open and once we get through the rest of our requests, we can evaluate creating a recipe for it, but I can't estimate how long that might be. You may wish to pursue installing it yourself in your group's project directory.
