@yangle293 Two of us have tried working through issues with installing dependencies and so far have not been successful. We'll keep trying.

Hello Dori. Is there any chance you can make it work in one week?

@yangle293 Sorry for the delay but this has been difficult to build and will not work with our currently supported ccrsoft/2023.01 software environment. My colleague was testing it with the ccrsoft/2024.04 environment but it still has many difficult dependencies. At this point, I would recommend trying to use this with apptainer - they provide documentation here. Our documentation for using containers on our systems can be found here. You will need to create the container on your own computer and upload it to CCR. If you're unable to do that or have any other questions or problems, please submit a CCR Help ticket and we'll gladly assist.
