More elaboration....

Competition Central needs a widget for this subsystem
Modal for requesting help needs to be created
Button needs to be added on inject view pages

Use HELPq as a example.

Generic flow:

User completes the modal for "requesting help"
Mentors/White Team sees a new "ticket"
^ "claims" a ticket (setting ticket stage = 1)
^ "finishes" a ticket (setting ticket stage = 2)

Some things to think of...

Are "tickets" only linked to an inject?
Can we create a "ticket" outside an inject? How should the UI look like?
Should we consider adding/thinking of a White Team mobile command central UI?
