In the latest facility outbreaks sheet, every metric that has its own sheet has incorrect start_vals for statewide comparisons. Sometimes, the start_val is from 12/13/2020, as is the case for Illinois, Texas and Federal Residents.Confirmed data. Other times, the value for start_val is from 1/16/2022, like with Federal data for Residents.Active.

I couldn't find the same problem in my spot check of facility-level data.
