Move hosting to lab computers

We should attempt to host the bot (along with the other infrastructure) in-lab, rather than on a remote computer. Therefore, we should move the Python script to an in-lab computer/server. We just need to make sure that this computer has good uptime capabilities and the ability for us to access it outside of the lab ( so that we can mess with it when not in the lab).
