I've search existing issues and found two related ones which are closed already and cannot be reopened:

Minimal Reproducible Example

  1. Login to Hub
  2. Removed all datasets existing in my workspace
  3. Clear the Trash
  4. Logout
  5. Login
  6. Try to upload new dataset
  7. Message not enough storage

Can you share the ID one of you existing datasets/projects/models so I can identify your account in order to investigate this further?
Alternatively, you can create a new empty project and share its ID.
