Possible to show Cities or Regions by default instead of countries?

I am trying out umami for the first time, I like it but most of my users are in the same country so the countries section on the default website view isn't very valuable - I would like to see either the cities or regions instead, ideally being able to toggle between all 3.

Is that possible? I am using the hosted/cloud version.

I do see that I can drill down to see city data, just would prefer to see it by default.
