Empty text fields in back office

Bug summary

I have recreated the bug on a clean 15.1.1 installation with the Delivery API enabled.

On a page I have a block list field which contains a block with a block list field which then contains a simple block with a text field. The text field has vary by culture enabled.

I can add a value to the text field and save it fine, but in the back office the text field does not display the value after save. The value is present in the API.

Specifics

Reproduced in chromium browsers. Newest versions.
Seems to be related to Vary by culture.
I have not tested with other field types to see if they have the same problem.
