Nothing happens when I click 'Perform all Health Checks', after I have reloaded my page

Bug summary

After I reload my page/browser, I cant seem to click on the 'Perform all Health Checks' button, If I to another section and then back, it works.

Steps to reproduce

1. Reload page
2. Go to Settings
3. Then Health Checks
4. Click 'Perform all Health Checks'
5. See nothing happens

Expected result / actual result

Expected: I would expect clicking 'Perform all Health Checks' to work as expected all the time

Actual: After reloading the page, I am not able to click 'Perform all Health Checks'

Had a quick look at this... can replicate, but couldn't figure out a fix. The requests to the server to make the checks are made and return. I thought a this.requestUpdate() would resolve it, but it seems that as we are using <umb-extension-slot> here it doesn't work as you might expect.
