Git training development

Prepare a set of presentations, documents, and/or demos to give new members an understanding of Git needed to contribute to ARV. Work off of last year's training if needed. Consider referring to resources from EECS 201 as well. This training should ideally be 2 - 3 hours long (roughly one meeting) and assume no prior experience, but a willingness to learn.
