[model] crash after windows re-creation

Tested with the model-help patch and with both obj and assimp backends.

Under MacOS:

• create gem window
• open a .obj or .glb
• close the window
• open gem window again = crash

Under windows, the same scenario triggers this error:
GL[0x501]: valeur non valide
GL[0x505]: mémoire insuffisante
GL[0x505]: mémoire insuffisante
...
