ctrl+shift+i 没有反应，
mainWindow.webContents.openDevTools() 用代码打开也没有反应，求大佬指导

解决了部分在create函数里写 this.winInst.webContents.openDevTools()，但是为什么快捷键没用

快捷键需要注册，可以参考官网 https://www.electronjs.org/zh/docs/latest/api/global-shortcut
