Issue Description

We need to extend the current model to support two types of standards:

  1. Confidential Information Exchange – The standard governing data shared between members and auditors.
  2. Public Attestations – The standard for attestations issued by the auditor that can be publicly shared.

Tasks:

  • Define a framework for handling confidential vs public attestations.
  • Extend the existing model to incorporate this distinction
  • Provide example implementations where possible.

This issue is in reference to, and dependent on, PR #253
